Digital Agenda: Wednesday, October 30th!

Do Now (10 mins):
First, copy your homework in your Agenda:
1. Highlight and Annotate "The Camel Library" and answer the Questions on your Nonfiction Notes.
2. Read and do the activities for "A Free Ride to School" and "The Lost City"

Write the sentence and answer on p. 32L of your Thinking Notebook.

What is the ad appealing to and what persuasive strategy is being used?  Use your notes to help you figure it out!

The ad appeals to (pathos/logos/ethos) , and it uses the (avant garde, plain folks, bandwagon, etc) strategy.

On the left side of your desk, leave your Agenda open.  I will check this while you are working.
