Digital Agenda: Monday, 1/27 and Tuesday, 1/28!


Do Now (10 mins):

First, write you homework in your Agenda.
1. Finish your "You Are Famous" essay rough draft on page 5R

Write the sentence and answer on p. 6L of your Interactive Notebook

What do you remember about the iPad Pledge you signed last month?  How many rules can you remember for using your iPad responsibly?  Write as many as you can think of.

Objectives:
Students will...

demonstrate understanding of responsible iPad use by correctly using the iPad for classwork and reviewing the Student Pledge.

participate at least once in a group discussion on imagination by sharing ideas in a level 2 voice.

determine the central idea of a text by underlining and highlighting the text and recording a summary in the Pearson Notebook.

    4. Read & Listen to the Vocabulary
    5. As you read each paragraph, STOP and fill in at least 1 sentence in the SETTING THE PURPOSE box.  This WILL be copy and pasted into your Thought Question, and will be graded.  You will be writing using text evidence.
    6. On the Thought Question, remember to click on "Include in Your Answer" so you can get a 3 or 4 score.
