Digital Agenda: Monday, 12/9 and Tuesday, 12/10!

3. All make-ups, re-takes, and late work due Friday, 12/13.

Write the sentence and answer on p. 51L of your Interactive Notebook.  Explain how you figured out which connotation (negative or positive) to include in your answer.

    -Every time you see a mistake, highlight it and add a comment explaining what type of mistake it is (spelling, punctuation, doesn't make sense, add more)

      1. Go to odonovanacademy.org and Ms. Hansen's page to get the Test Keys
      2. Find your test key on the Excel document and click Command C to copy, then Command V to paste
      3. Next, take the Benchmark Pre-Test by clicking https://www98.achievedata.com/zoom/?OnlineTestStudentLogin
      4. Do your very best on each question!

      -   Make sure your conclusion restates your argument and makes a connection to the world. Tell your reader why this topic is important.

      -Check paragraph 2, 3, and 4 to make sure they have 3 quotations from the text using "quotation marks"
      -If they are missing 3 quotes from the text in any body paragraph, add a comment about this.
    2. Correct any errors your Peer Editing partner found

    5. Start the 5 step lesson for the daily article
    6. Read & Listen to the Vocabulary
    7. As you read each paragraph, STOP and fill in at least 1 sentence in the SETTING THE PURPOSE box.  This WILL be copy and pasted into your Thought Question, and will be graded.
    8. When you do the ACTIVITY, refer back to the article for answers by opening it in a side-by-side screen.
    9. On the Thought Question, remember to click on "Include in Your Answer" so you can get a 3 or 4 score.
    10. If you finish early, do the Stretch Article and Activities!
